    QUICK PARK & GO

    Do you need to answer the phone while vacuuming? No problem! H-FREE 300 can temporarily stand in vertical position in order to let you manage quick tasks comfortably. *When the cleaner is in use and attended, you can temporarily park it in vertical position on hard floors. However, if the vacuum is left unattended, it must be stored on its wall mount.

    Convenient touch button allows you to adjust power in one touch to suit different cleaning tasks.

    The H-FREE 300 lithium battery provides a runtime of up to 40 minutes in Auto mode with non-motorised tools and 25 minutes in Standard mode with main motorised floorhead.

      DELIVERY POLICY

      Our large item delivery charge is €24.99.

      Single small item delivery is €5.99. 

      Vacuum Bag sized Delivery is €4.99

      Our maximum delivery charge for combined small or large items is €24.99. 

      We deliver our products within a timespan of 3 - 7 days. The difference in timescales depends upon where you are situated in the country, how large your items are and what are stock levels are like in various stores. 

      We will send you your delivery date once we process your order. If you wish to specify a precise delivery date, please send an email to dwyerexpert@gmail.com quoting your order number and your preferred delivery date and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

      If, in the rare event you encounter a problem with your delivery, we ask that you inform us of any damage within 2 days of receiving your order. So please remember to open and inspect your package carefully as soon as it is delivered. If you do notice any damage, you should:

      1. Inform the delivery team of the damage before they leave your home.

      2. Contact our Customer Service Team immediately at dwyerexpert@gmail.com

      3. Do not use or move the item until the matter is resolved, to avoid further damage. 

       

      RETURNS POLICY

      We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

      To start a return, you can contact us at dwyerexpert@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      Damages and issues
      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

       

      Exceptions / non-returnable items

      The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

       

      Refunds
      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
